As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the ICP Project Management team, being responsible for all aspects relating to the Streetworks process. This is an excellent opportunity for a Streetworks professional to join our growing team here at Utility Line.
More About The Role
1. Liaison with local authorities to arrange all permits and completion of the scheduled works.
2. Management of Streetworks noticing from raising, closing and registering.
3. Tracking notice / permit applications - Arranging Traffic Management and ensuring the correct Traffic Management is booked in for each job.
4. Completion of TTRO forms where applicable.
5. Process electronic permit notifications such as closures, registrations and modifications in line with NRSWA requirements.
6. Maintain close working relationships with local authorities.
7. Communicate with the Project Managers, Site Managers & Supervisors for progress updates.
8. Management of Utility Line Streetworks inbox.
9. Management of Streetworks trackers on internal system.
10. Work with wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program.
11. Work with internal teams to mitigate issue of FPN's & Section 74's.
