Are you an enthusiastic MFL Teacher with expertise in French, Spanish, or German? We have exciting teaching opportunities at a range of respected Secondary Schools in London. We’re looking for individuals to join the MFL departments and help inspire students in Key Stage 3 and 4, developing their language skills and fostering a deeper appreciation for foreign languages and cultures.
Your Role
* Plan and Deliver: Create dynamic and engaging lessons in French, Spanish, and German for Key Stage 3 and 4 students, focusing on developing proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
* Assess and Feedback: Use assessments to monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback that supports their development in language acquisition.
* Learning Environment: Build a supportive and inclusive classroom where students feel confident practicing their language skills and exploring new cultural perspectives.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues in the MFL department and across the school to deliver a well-rounded language curriculum.
* Professional Development: Participate in school and departmental meetings, and take advantage of ongoing professional development to continually improve your teaching practice.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications: QTS and an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service.
* Skills and Experience: Strong experience teaching French, Spanish, or German at Key Stage 3 and 4 level, with the ability to engage students and adapt lessons to various learning styles.
* Passion: A passion for languages and cultures, and a commitment to helping students build their confidence and language skills.
* Positive Attitude: A proactive, engaging teaching style with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
