Our Adult Inpatient Unit has recently undergone a £5, million-pound modernisation project, which was completed in September 2023. Our inpatient areas have been completely refurbished in line with national guidance for safety standards, complete with enhanced safety features using the latest healthcare technology innovation.
We have a great opportunity for the right candidates to take a lead in managing our 2X 20 bedded acute wards.
Are you a resilient and experienced registered mental health or learning disability nurse.

We value forward thinking professionals who have a rigorous understanding of risk assessment and risk management supported by good working knowledge of the principles of acute care and management.
The post holder will provide professional, managerial and robust clinical leadership to a specified ward area.
The post holder is responsible for promoting and assuring robust risk assessment and management processes.
The post holder will provide financial management within the constraints of the identified budget, as directed by the Modern Matron.
The post holder will actively support and participate in the integration of a whole system approach with multi-disciplinary working at all times.
The post holder will perform delegated duties on behalf of the Modern Matron in their absence.
The post holder will ensure everyone, including staff, patients and visitors, has their right to be treated with respect and have their values and beliefs maintained and that they treated in such a way that maintains their privacy and dignity.
