The key responsibilities for this interim HR Advisor role include:
Providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Coordinating and conducting HR training sessions
Contributing to the development of the HR department
Managing employee relations issues
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
Supporting recruitment efforts and onboarding process
Participating in ad-hoc HR projectsProfile
The successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience in HR advising within the public sector
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationJob Offer
A competitive rate of £20-23 per hour
