We are now seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our team in London WC1A 1DG
What you’ll do:
* Responding to all client enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring all requests are completed within an agreed timescale.
* Devise and implement initiatives for reducing dependence on car travel, including: Walking, jogging and cycling
* Promote an active lifestyle
* Manage on site facilities; Bike parking, changing rooms, drying rooms
* Promote local neighbourhood seasonal walks; Christmas light trail, Christmas market trail
* Manage and coordinate Chauffeur processes
* Monitor and communicate any travel disruptions
* Manage active travel lockers and active commuter database
* Assist with administrative tasks
* Planning events including the bike road show and advertisement campaigns
