* Lead and inspire a team of 4 phone-based sales executives

What you’ll need to be successful:
* Experience of leading a phone-based new business team
* Target driven, self-motivated and dedicated.
* Experienced in pitching, negotiating and objection handling.
* Excellent understanding of new business sales processes, with the ability to stand back and redesign them, always striving for continuous improvement.
* Strong track record of delivery to target in a new business environment.
* Team management skills e.g. conducting 121’s, performance management and coaching
* Ability to inspire and motivate a team
