We're recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our team based at Unipart House in Oxford to provide a comprehensive administrative support service for the Learning & Development (L&D) team.
We're looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to act as the first point of contact for staff and students requiring guidance and support with their L&D needs. You'll have good customer service skills and be able to remain calm and professional when dealing with queries.
Our help desk receives a large volume of calls so it's important that you're able to successfully triage these, prioritising the most urgent tasks and escalating others as required, whilst ensuring calls are responded to in a timely manner. You'll also need to use your analytical and problem solving skills to understand a range of issues and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with interruptions.
We pride ourselves in taking care of staff wellbeing, including the recent introduction of L&D wellbeing walks. The team is very approachable and willing to help and share ideas and skills to ensure we have the best service possible. We're always reviewing and improving our training so you'll need to be flexible in your approach to a changing environment.
If you have some previous NHS knowledge or experience that would be ideal, however, we'll provide you with full training. If this sounds like a role you'd thrive in, we'd love to hear from you!
