What You’ll Do:
1. Lead and mentor a team of Therapeutic Care Workers to create a nurturing, therapeutic environment.
2. Plan activities, provide emotional support, and set safe boundaries.
3. Foster friendships, encourage learning, and support children’s interests.
4. Handle tasks like shift planning, monthly summaries, and medication administration.
5. Collaborate with colleagues, professionals, and families to support each child’s growth.

About You:
1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Weekend availability and the ability to do sleep-in duties (not waking nights).
3. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
4. A full, clean driving licence.
5. A passion to improve the lives of children.
