Business Development Manager – Property sector
I am looking for a Business Development or Sales Manager that can create work winning opportunities in the property maintenance sector. Operating in a large patch across two regions, your role will be to will be target work from a mix of commercial and local authority clients in the maintenance, FRA, and decarbonization sectors. You will be developing relationships within existing networks as well as establishing new opportunities within client prospects.
Already known for their excellent delivery and strong customer service my award winning client is as a large recognized brand in their target sector and in many ways sell themselves.
Like any sales role, this position is targeted and focused. This is not a micro-managed position though. As a BDM you will be given the autonomy to develop your own strategy and manage your own time to achieve your goals. Using a bespoke CRM leads and tracking system, you will also benefit from a strong leadership and support function.
Ideally you will posses experience of client network development and relationship building in a defined geographical patch. You will be well versed in developing face to face meeting opportunities from initial phone calls and social media connections. Preferably you will have experience in the construction sector.
