Salary: Up to £25,750 per annum subject to experience Reporting To: Head of Admissions IN SHORT As a Student Recruitment & Progression Officer, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic, diverse, and rewarding environment, collaborating closely with both admissions and curriculum teams. Your primary responsibility will be the efficient management of the student interview process on a day-to-day basis, working with curriculum colleagues to ensure that applicants are provided with timely interviews and offers. Your role will also ensure a swift and efficient application and interview experience for our existing students who wish to progress within the organisation. You will also provide crucial support for student recruitment and enrolment events. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our students’ journey. You will have some knowledge of providing information, advice, and guidance, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience. You should have an understanding of the Further Education sector which is invaluable in enhancing the experience for our new and existing students.
