The pattern of working hours is Thursday & Friday 08:30am 5pm Duties include: Reception cover, greeting and assisting visitors to the office and dealing with general enquiries. Taking messages and delegating calls. Updating the visitor book. Post duties. Filing, photocopying and scanning documents. Updating and maintaining client records accurately. Arranging meetings and setting up facilities. Inputting invoices for payment. Overseeing office facilities and stationery ordering. Person specification: Previous experience in an office/reception based role. Well presented and articulate with a polite telephone manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
