Job Title: Procurement Administrator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders, as well as ensuring accurate documentation of files such as contracts, invoices, and delivery records. The role includes maintaining an up-to-date supplier database, monitoring inventory levels, and generally supporting the procurement team administratively.

Responsibilities:
Procurement Processes:
* Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
* Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery records.
* Track and follow up on outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Supplier Management:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, and quality.
