This role is ideal for a professional with a background in conveyancing who can provide seamless administrative support to a team of conveyancing solicitors and help ensure efficient case progression. Responsibilities Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents, contracts, and forms related to residential and commercial property transactions. Managing client files, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Communicating professionally with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in conveyancing transactions. Assisting with the preparation of case files, including the drafting of documents, gathering necessary information, and preparing completion statements. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings for conveyancing solicitors. Key Requirements Proven experience as a legal secretary, within conveyancing. Strong proficiency in legal document management systems, MS Office Suite, Land Web and LAMS. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach. Ability to manage time effectively and work within deadlines in a busy environment.
