Role of the Senior Chef: Prepare, cook and present an exceptionally high standard of food in line with standards Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Share ideas and suggestions with the Head Chef Supervise, train and encourage more junior members of the team Work as part of a team to ensure a safe yet effective food operation, in compliance with set out health & safety and food hygiene standards. Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment Work with colleagues to complete relevant kitchen paperwork records including temperature checks, delivery checks, cooking records, cleaning checklists and allergen records. Restock items as needed throughout the shift Experience / Skills of the Chef Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, Food hygiene certification is preferred. You will require good knowledge of food hygiene standards. Have a flexible, professional and friendly manner. Good organisation and efficiency skills Working Hours: Full-time covering breakfast, lunch and dinners. Includes evenings and weekends on a rota basis. A mix of straight and split shifts Job Type: Permanent. Live in accomodation while on shift may be available on application. Location: Blakeney, Norfolk
