Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to elevate your career? This role offers the chance to be part of a vibrant project team, working on diverse projects ranging from £5K to £10M in value. Based in Grangemouth, Scotland, this position promises a stimulating work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring contract margins are met while delivering efficient service.
2. Handle interim valuations, variations, final accounts, and internal progress reports. Administer subcontract payment certificates and cost value reconciliations.
3. Ensure strict adherence to all contractual notices using Unifier software to effectively manage the NEC4 Contract.
4. Monitor subcontract costs, labour allocation, and material purchases to ensure alignment with tender allowances and contract margins.
5. Implement risk management techniques to mitigate potential cost overruns and ensure effective project delivery.
6. Keep the Framework Key Account Manager and Commercial Manager informed of any cost overruns or risks to project delivery.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
2. A related degree in Quantity Surveying.
3. A full driving licence.
