About the role:
As Technical Services Manager, you will be working on 2 high-end £10m apartments in central London. You will be based between my client's offices in Islington & on-site with projects in central London. You will work closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager. Your responsibilities will include providing technical services support across all aspects of the project from pre-tender through to testing, commissioning, demonstrations, handovers, and practical completion. You will lead by example and take full ownership of the MEP packages and work closely with the Project/Contracts Manager.

Requirements:
* 5+ years experience managing MEP subcontractors.
* Degree qualification in engineering and a member of a professional body such as CIBSE or the IET.
* Able to commute to North London.
