You'll play a key role in supporting cutting-edge software, hardware and AI solutions that are critical to healthcare delivery. Working with multi-disciplinary colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of vital systems, such as the Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS), Radiology Information System (RIS), and Voice Recognition (VR) dictation software. You be the first point of contact for issues relating to Radiology specific IT solutions and use your knowledge and troubleshooting skills and strong communication to deliver an excellent service to our users as well as providing training, carrying out system administration and supporting service development and system improvement. Key relationships will include clinical and non-clinical users from Radiology, the Trust and the wider health economy, as well as suppliers and IM&T colleagues.
