In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of coordinating, developing and facilitating impactful training solutions that ensure our team members have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver outstanding service, quality and performance in every aspect of their work. From onboarding new hires to advancing the expertise of our colleagues and teams, you will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous learning and growth within our business.
What You’ll Do:
1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and customer service regulations through organizing and coordinating relevant training initiatives and activities.
2. Develop and facilitate training solutions tailored to the needs of colleagues across the business, to ensure everyone can reach their full potential.
3. Champion apprenticeship schemes, providing guidance, mentorship, and practical support to apprentices throughout their training journey.
4. Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps and develop and deliver the longer-term learning and development plan to underpin overall business objectives.
5. Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that inspires excellence and career development.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A passionate individual ideally with an understanding of the foodservice industry and its unique challenges.
2. Proven experience in developing and facilitating training solutions.
3. Strong experience in championing apprenticeships and workforce development, with a focus on nurturing and guiding apprentices through their training.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues.
5. A proactive mindset with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive positive change across teams.
6. A commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and empowering learning environment for all team members.
