Together we are searching for an aspiring marketer or someone who loves customer service and administration who is looking for a new challenge to join their team for a 12-month FTC to learn the ropes of marketing and support the Marketing Manager whilst covering a period of maternity leave. This is a very exciting opportunity and will allow the successful candidate to develop skills within the FMCG marketing / product space. This appointment will see you responsible for all aspects of customer service, invoicing, reporting and wider marketing responsibilities operating in a supportive capacity. The role will see you responsible for: Delivering exceptional service to resolve all product quality issues liaising with the factory and quality staff Working with SAP, invoicing and wider marketing administration Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing their plans through project and product management Attending trade shows Reporting on competitor activity, trends and pricing What we’re looking for in a skill set and character: 6 months demonstrable experience in a customer service role, administrative position or in an entry level marketing role Passion for customer service and being involved in resolving issues with the marketing, product and quality teams Able to balance workload and effectively prioritise Demonstrate initiative as well as being someone with strong attention to detail and communication skills Team orientated and people person This is a rare and exciting opportunity where you can really make a difference and develop your CV simultaneously making a step into product management and marketing If you’re available to take on a 12 month contract, please don’t hesitate in applying.
