ITG is on the lookout for a new Campaign Manager to join our ever-growing and fast paced life sciences campaign management team. You will be working primarily on a new pharmaceutical client, with the potential to work across others, supported by an Account Director and Marketing Automation lead to traffic campaign journey builds in Salesforce Marketing Cloud through the business.
As a Campaign Manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee the day-to-day delivery of multichannel campaigning, primarily the delivery of email campaign journey builds.
Project Management is a large part of this role, and you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered according to client’s brief and on time.
This role will involve working closely with the Bayer german market amongst others and multiple internal ITG stakeholders to extract detailed requirements and being able to confidently brief internal departments through a workflow management process.
Experience in managing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial. You must have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a technical work environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Work in a global environment and ensure region-specific requirements are captured, prioritised, and effectively managed.
* Oversee and prioritise project pipelines (with support of pipeline manager), coordinating multiple markets to meet their campaign deadlines.
* Liaising between the marketing automation team, technical consultants, design team, developers, and client to deliver campaigns with excellence whilst ensuring client’s requirements are correctly briefed internally
* Ensure our QC process is adhered to, helping to ensure we maintain a high standard across our campaigns, following industry best practices
* Have the foresight to anticipate and identify potential risks and the means to mitigate them accordingly, proactively escalating any areas of concern
* Continually reviewing processes and procedures and working collaboratively with the team to recommend improvements in ways of working.
* Assist the Account Director in understanding and refining campaign needs to ensure accurate project quoting and planning.
Requirements

* Previous agency experience in a client facing role, preferably in digital or integrated marketing.
* Native german speaking skills.
* Previous experience working within the email channel is preferable, but not essential.
* Focus on client satisfaction through impeccable client servicing and handling.
* Structured and clear thinker: able to manage multiple projects and pro-actively understand the impact to client, creative and technical departments.
* Able to identify potential blockers and pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur
* Organised with very good attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Relevant computer skills – highly proficient in using Microsoft.
* Life Sciences / Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential.
* Experience with an email service platform (ESP) – Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferable, but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as a team cross-departmentally (Marketing Automation team, Front End Development team and Campaign Management team).
* An interest and willingness to understand client’s business requirements to provide ideas on business improvement and development.
