An opportunity to join a fantastic team of people in Brighton & Hove is available for an experienced Head of Sales or Sales Manager with not only a strong background in new business sales but also experience and knowledge in Telecoms (telco, telecommunications, ISP) specifically knowledgeable in VoIP and connectivity.
This Head of Sales role will see you working hands on in all things new business within the telco market as well as building a team over time.
As the Sales Manager you will:
* Demonstrate excellent sales performance from the outset, working hands on within sales
* Lead, manage and mentor the sales team, initially of one person with a view to growing the team over time and fostering high performance
* Creative and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
* Collaborate with Directors and Commercial team to identify and prioritise growth opportunities and devise marketing strategies
* Personally lead efforts to secure new business including identifying leads, conducting outreach, pitching tailored solutions and building strong relationships with existing and new contacts
* Manage and retain key clients
Skills & experience required:
* Experience as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar
* Experience or strong knowledge of Telecom / ISP sector including VoIP and connectivity
* Proven personal sales experience demonstrating achievement of revenue targets

This is a full time permanent position, offering a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience, plus uncapped commission and a great range of benefits.
