THE ROLE: AREA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Main Duties:
1. New Business Development - engaging with new employers to establish training needs
2. Develop and deliver sales presentations using a range of media and techniques to achieve success
3. Produce accurate data and ensure records are kept up to date
4. Act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times
5. Ensure monthly/yearly targets are achieved
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: AREA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
1. A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a previous role
DESIRABLES: AREA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the Training industry, for example, Employer Engagement, Learner Engagement, Business Development
2. Recruitment/Sales qualifications
3. Experience in Work Based Learning and Training/Apprenticeship sector
