The Role
As HR Resourcing Administrator for Dorset and Devon & Cornwall Police, you will provide administrative support across the recruitment team, in order for effective recruitment and selection campaigns to be delivered. You will play a key role in providing a customer-focused and efficient service to internal stakeholders across both Police Forces, as well as internal and external candidates.
This is a full-time role, 37 hours, during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is however required for occasional weekend or evening work in order to assist with assessment centres or awareness events for which appropriate rates of overtime will be paid in line with Force policy.

This is an exciting and varied role which would suit someone looking to work within a busy and supportive Police HR Resourcing Team. It is also a great opportunity, not only to join our Police Force, but to be a part of one of Devon and Cornwall/Dorset's largest employers and gain from all the benefits that brings.
