* First point of contact for the HR inbox, offering practical HR solutions, following HR processes
* Delivering high levels of accuracy and customer service
* Excellent communication skills, in particular a good standard of written English is essential
* High levels of numeracy, with strong attention to detail
* The opportunity to use Workday HR system
* Dealing with HR and payroll queries
* Good administrative ability
* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with good time management skills
