Express Recruitment are delighted to be helping a successful and growing business with the recruitment of Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly and welcoming team in Annesley.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and demonstrated progression into leadership positions within a busy call taking environment.
Due to the location of the role, a driving license with access to your own vehicle is essential or be able to get the bus to a business park on the outskirts of Annesley.
The role has working hours of Monday – Friday, working a shift of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm with the later shift 12pm-8pm allowing work from home. The role is hybrid working with 2 days per week from home and 3 days from the office. It is essential that new starters spend the first 4 weeks training full time from the office on the earlier shift pattern. There is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, this will also be from home. You’ll be advised of your shift pattern at least 8 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities
* Coach & support contact centre agents Calls & Admin
* Provide 121 and development support for all colleagues
* Probation and HR management of colleague cases
* Weekend and late cover of the operation
* Call assessments and compliance of team monitoring
Skills & Experience
* Previous leadership within customer service essential
* Able to prioritise workloads
