Working with one of BakerHicks' key clients in the Life Science sector, this Cleaning Validation Engineer role will deliver the cleaning validation requirements for a heat sterilisation project at an animal healthcare business based in the South-East of England.
You will be based full-time on site, working with the client’s team as part of the delivery of the project. You will be required to develop, write, and execute cleaning validation protocols for the process.
Experience of Cleaning Validation in Secondary Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is essential for this role. Experience of heat sterilisation processes an advantage.
The duration of the assignment is 6 months, 40 hours per week, based on site in Surrey.
Key Objectives
* Write and execute CQV protocols associated with cleaning and sterilisation processes
* Work with client team to ensure delivery complies with all client and regulatory requirements, procedures, and good practices.
Requirements
Essential
* Significant experience of working in the Pharmaceutical sector
* Experience of cleaning validation
Desirable
* Expertise in cGMP principles and application.
* General exposure and experience in a GMP/Validation discipline with a knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical writing and execution of IQ, OQ, forms/protocols for GMP Utilities, Equipment and Systems.
* Experience of heat sterilisation processes
* Degree in Engineering or Science
