Learning Support Assistant Havering Immediate Start
Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) thrive in a supportive environment? Do you have experience working teaching/tutoring and are eager to apply your skills in a fantastic school?
In this role, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to SEN students, enhancing their learning experience. You will also assist with the EHCP process and work closely with teachers to create personalized strategies, offering flexible support to meet the unique needs of each student.

A degree in Psychology or a related field from a Russell Group University
Experience working with children, especially those with SEN
Previous 1:1 SEN support experience will be highly regarded
Comfortable supporting SEN students individually and in small groups
