My client is recruiting for an IT Services Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our internal staff. The position involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining the highest level of customer support and satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for IT and technology.
Proven experience in engaging with customers within a fast-paced professional environment at all levels.
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, iOS, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Intune, and networking principles.
Familiarity with networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
Ideally hold CompTIA A+/equivalent OR relevant bachelor's degree.
This position will be based onsite 5 days a week
