Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients, and vendors, to ensure project objectives are met. - Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management. - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and results. - Identify and address project-related issues, risks, and challenges. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Coordinator or similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
