Our client is looking for somebody who would like to kick start their career within property and client liaison and have the opportunity of building a long-lasting role within the heart of Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries.
* Assist in chasing rent arrears.
* Book and confirm appointments.
* Process council tax exemptions.
* Make sure tenants are happy with their properties.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong telephone manner.
* Confident face-to-face communication.
* Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong IT and computer skills.
* Team player and confident self-starter.
* Strong desire to build a long-term career within property.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
