About the Role As the Learning and Assessment Executive, you will work closely with the Learning and Assessment Lead to oversee the development and delivery of qualifications and assessments. You’ll manage a team of administrators, supervise processes, and ensure assessments run smoothly from creation to marking and moderation. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Learning and Assessment Administrators, ensuring workloads are managed effectively Oversee assessment production, marking, moderation, and quality assurance Ensure policies, processes, and exam platform operations are compliant and efficient Manage the reasonable adjustments, malpractice, and appeals processes Engage with stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts, students, and review panels Monitor and enhance assessment administration, ensuring deadlines are met Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system enhancements Provide technical advice on assessment matters and support system developments Experience Required Experience in assessment development, operations, marking, and moderation Experience working with examiners and stakeholders on assessment creation and review Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior managers and external stakeholders Knowledge of online assessment platforms and assessment frameworks at a higher level Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team To Apply CV only Deadline Tuesday, 18th March 2025 We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
