Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic audit team. The Audit Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing audit engagements, overseeing audit teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage audits from planning through to completion for a diverse range of clients across various industries.
2. Review financial statements, internal controls, risk assessments, and audit procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and legal regulations.
3. Manage and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and professional development.
4. Develop and execute audit strategies, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
6. Conduct risk assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Accountant CPA/ACCA/ACA.
2. Post qualification experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of audit procedures, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and regulatory requirements.
4. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
