We are seeking an efficient, results-driven Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition to join our HR team and contribute to our mission of building a diverse and talented global workforce. Position Overview
As our Recruiter, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to successfully onboarding new hires. By collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the objectives and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs). Your focus will be on ensuring a fast and effective recruitment process, delivering a positive candidate experience, and securing high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
* Identify and engage top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
* Conduct interviews using structured techniques to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending job offers.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and techniques.
* Proficiency in using job boards and social media.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented attitude.
