What you will be doing: Managing workflows according to established procedures, including making calls, answering phone and email inquiries, and processing transactions with precision. Proactively resolving queries, advancing to team leaders, managers, or other departments as needed, while ensuring all interactions are logged appropriately. Prioritising and scheduling daily tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identifying opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable changes to optimise processes. Maintaining and updating database information to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Fostering positive relationships with internal and external clients, delivering service in a professional and courteous manner. Handling the daily printing and mailing of data, reports, and invoices, while maintaining computer records for audit compliance. Consistently meeting deadlines with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. What you'll bring: Comfortable using multiple screens and adept at multitasking optimally. Strong attention to detail when handling sophisticated data and record-keeping. Previous administration experience is beneficial for this role. Ability to work well with others in a structured environment, valuing collaboration. Clear communicator who builds positive relationships with colleagues and clients. Committed to delivering high-quality customer service in a professional manner, encouraging trust and confidence.
