Salary: Between £30-£40p/h depending on area

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes and community settings.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Administer medications, dress wounds, and provide end-of-life care when required.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS and company policies.

Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in community nursing or a similar setting is essential.
* Access to a vehicle and a full driving license (due to the nature of community work).
* Up-to-date compliance checks, including DBS and mandatory training (we can assist if required).
