Job Title: Dynamic CRM Solution Architect

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Solution Architect preferably based in Leeds, UK working alongside the development teams over there. They will be able to assist the UK based Solution Architect in several ways:
1. Work locally with the Team Leads to communicate the approach
2. Work with Solution Architect to deliver the artifacts that are required for the development team
3. Work as part of the technical leadership to deliver the program of re-engineering our existing on-premise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (v8.2) implementation to Dynamics 365 Online and the Power Platform.
The individual needs to understand the ways Dynamics and Power Apps can work hand in hand to deliver a very powerful extensible platform. Someone who worked with Dynamics and Power Apps in the same project. How it can work with other systems, by integrating with them in automation approaches.
We need to build a system that enables customer services to deliver an excellent service and a great end user system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architectural Leadership: Assisting the Lead Solution Architect in the design and architecture of the Dynamics 365 Online solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
* Migration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy from on-premise Dynamics 365 CE to Dynamics 365 Online, including process re-engineering and integration with several SaSS services e.g. postcode lookup, vehicle service booking platform and others..
* Solution Design: Design scalable and robust solutions using Dynamics 365 Online, Power Platform, and associated tools, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
* Customization and Configuration: Guide the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 Online to meet specific business needs, utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to translate requirements in technical solutions, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.
* Technical Leadership: Work locally to mentor and guide the offshore development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
* Strong expertise in migrating on-premise Dynamics 365 implementations to Dynamics 365 Online.
* In-depth knowledge of Power Platform components, including Power Apps and Power Automate
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform are highly desirable.
* Experience with Azure services and cloud-based desirable.
There will be a couple parts of the project
1. Creating a platform using Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, Power Apps along with Power Automate
2. Building out the underlying modules to support the Automated Processes for example a single communication module for all processes.
3. Create the Automated Processes using Power Apps Model Driven Apps
4. Forms to capture business process data
5. Automation around the business process data
6. Customer Agent Scripts to deliver customer service agents guided
