We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join a well-established metalwork company in Hazel Grove.
This role is ideal for an organised individual with strong communication skills, ready to manage inbound enquiries, provide essential project updates, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What’s on offer?
* £25,000 - £30,000 per year
* Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
* 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as an Office Administrator?
* Managing inbound enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
* Providing clients with regular updates on ongoing projects
* Reviewing and processing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Completing data sheets and maintaining accurate records
* Handling callbacks and following up on client requests
* Assisting with general administrative tasks to support office operations
What do you need?
* Previous admin experience
* Comfortability with Microsoft Office programmes
* Experience in an engineering environment (desirable)
