The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire students to develop their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills, and foster a passion for literature and language. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that meet the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in English or a related field. Experience teaching English at the secondary school level. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
