Senior Recruiter (Digital/Marketing & Account Management) – London (Hybrid Role)
£32,000 - £40,000 base salary + commission | Flexible Benefits | 3 Days in Office / 2 Days Remote

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement – within the Digital/Performance Marketing and Account Management/Client Services/Project Management/Production sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and make a direct impact on our success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and engage with new business opportunities within target sectors and clients.
* Recruitment Solutions: Deliver tailored recruitment strategies for clients, including sourcing and presenting top-tier talent.
* 360° Recruitment Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from prospecting and candidate sourcing to placing candidates and managing client relationships.
* Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work with teams across Major Players and the wider Majar Group to cross-sell recruitment services and solutions.
* Building Your Personal Brand: Establish yourself as a thought leader in your specialist sector by staying updated on industry trends and building a strong network.
* Engagement with Candidates: Source both active and passive candidates, engaging them through innovative methods and fostering long-term relationships.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking experienced recruiters who are passionate about their specialism and are eager to take ownership of their role in an ambitious, fast-paced environment. You should have:
* Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency-side)
* Expertise in recruiting for Digital/Performance Marketing or Account Management/Client Services/Project Management/Production roles (or a related area)
* A track record of business development and client relationship management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
