Candidates from sectors such as water, utilities, pharmaceutical, or oil and gas are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership and communication skills will be essential to successfully manage a team via indirect line management and deliver projects to the highest standards. Role Responsibilities ·Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ·Lifecycle Delivery: Manage all project phases, including outline design, detailed design, construction, and commissioning, with a focus on clean water and wastewater projects. ·Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with Client Representatives, internal teams, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment and efficiency. ·Mechanical and Electrical Expertise: Ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical elements throughout project delivery, leveraging technical knowledge to oversee design, construction, and commissioning activities effectively. ·Risk and Cost Management: Proactively identify risks and implement cost-effective solutions while monitoring progress and maintaining project focus. ·Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement in project delivery. Candidate Requirements ·Proven experience in full lifecycle project delivery, ideally in clean or wastewater sectors. ·Strong technical expertise with a bias toward Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, including familiarity with construction delivery, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. ·Relevant qualifications such as HNC, Degree, or NVQ Level 4 (preferred). ·Certifications in CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work (mandatory). ·Comprehensive understanding of SHEQ and CDM regulations. ·Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
