Your Role As a Logistics Business Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced service delivery. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory controls (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley ). Develop business cases for change initiatives and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements. Lead business process design, system implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). What You Bring Extensive experience in SAP EWM, 3PL logistics, and supply chain processes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage IT applications for business transformation. Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and other EWM/3PL logistics tools. Experience managing third-party providers, ensuring service delivery and support. Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience, working across Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
