As the Senior Partnership Manager you will take responsibility for overseeing one of our largest and most impactful partnerships. This will include providing day to day leadership and strategic management to ensure the partnership delivers against ambitious impact, income, advocacy and conservation objectives. You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels and functions and will collaborate with colleagues across WWF-UK and our international network. We’re looking for someone with extensive experience of leading strategic partnerships and a good understanding of how charities / NGOs interface with the corporate sector. Used to engaging and networking at a CEO and Director level, you will possess excellent negotiation, influencing and diplomacy skills. You will have a firm understanding of conservation and sustainability issues and trends too. Corporate fundraising experience would be an advantage and in particular, experience of working with the finance sector. Naturally warm and enthusiastic, you will possess excellent networking, relationship-building communication and presentation skills. You will be a strong project manager, who enjoys strategic planning and working in a collaborative environment. Benefits, rewards and location The salary range for this role is: £43,851 to £51,343 depending on experience.
