Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary: £25k - £27k DoE + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Administrator - The Role
We are looking for an administrator to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will provide operational and admin support to the projects team. You may also assist in planning and running smaller projects, with support from the team managers.
Administrator - Skills & Experience
• Work to deadlines
• Organise deliveries of equipment to sites
• Update information in Tracking Sheets
• Manage day to day resource activities
• Capture and record issues
• Manage changes
• Create quotations and manage billing activities
• At least 2 years of experience of Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working within a busy office environment
• A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
• Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Close focus on attention to detail
• Able to work accurately following a procedure
