The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations within the organisation. This role will support various departments and manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organised, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of this role, this is an office-based position based in Over, Cambridgeshire, working conventional office hours, Monday to Friday. Resp on s i bi li t i e s : Answering incoming telephone calls and emails and forwarding to the appropriate point of contact within the organisation. Acting as primary point of contact for visitors attending the Over, Cambridgeshire offices. Handling of post and deliveries to the Over, Cambridgeshire offices. Primary responsibility for booking all business travel and accommodation. Support preparation of purchase orders. Assist in preparing, updating and organising company files Overseeing the procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking when needed. M aintaining and improving housekeeping practices. Coordinating the procurement, shipping, and receiving of goods and materials.
