Job Title: Brands Activation Manager
Reports to: Signature Brands Development Manager
Depot: Teesside Depot (Covering North Yorkshire & Teesside)
Overview
To own and activate internal and external regional activation of Signature Brands portfolio development strategy. Be accountable for the delivery of annual objectives across Distribution, Volume, ROS, Cash and GP %.
Main Duties
• Demonstrate deep understanding of portfolio brands and capability to deliver compelling and irresistible retailer propositions. This would include the ability to make cocktails.
• Create effective relationships with regional account managers and provide training and support which inspires step-jumped portfolio growth.
• Mobilise regional telesales to accelerate portfolio growth.
• Maintain existing and drive new distribution of Signature Brands products.
• Grow Rate Of Sale of Signature Brands via activation of portfolio investment plans.
• Expand range and presence of Signature Brands portfolio through activation of Innovation launch strategy.
• Demonstrate expertise in Investment tactics to maximise margins.
• Assess and activate events which deliver positive ROI dynamics.
• Management of POS placement, merchandising and sampling.
• Host and attend key account sampling and promotional programmes (which you may run).
• Creation of bespoke cocktail menus to maximise Signature share of menu and tailored drinks to suit customer base of accounts.
• Build social media coverage and capture consumer and customer networks to maximise reach of sampling and events.
• Act as a Brand owner across any given region.
