We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us to help deliver a professional and high performing business and administrative support service based within our Motherwell locality based social work team.
If successful in your application, you will have an opportunity to join one of our dedicated resource teams who undertake a varied and diverse range of admin tasks. This can include dealing with enquiries from the public and partner agencies; inputting and extracting data from IT systems and databases; preparing letters, reports; cash handling; and organising and minuting meetings.
You should have some knowledge or experience of working in an office environment and be able to demonstrate good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft software packages and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work are essential.
Work pattern:
17.5 hours per week -
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday - 08:45 to 16:45
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 08:45 to 16:45
