Ensure that all guests receive Aveda sensory experiences during their appointment. Be knowledgeable about all Aveda retail domains in order to assist guests in the salon. Hair station and equipment to be maintained in accordance with Aveda's hygiene, visual and maintenance standards. Demonstrate flexibility to work shifts/late nights/weekends in line with the needs of the business. Salon Assistant Training Programme: Attend all training days, ensuring all model requirements are fulfilled. Follow the Aveda salon assistant training programme and complete all modules within the timeframes set by the educators. Work closely with the salon educators to proactively receive feedback and guidance to enable progression through the programme. Develop creative/technical knowledge by regularly attending the required education classes and completion of the online training programmes. Observe and assist service providers to support further on the job learning. Be knowledgeable about latest trends and season's looks.
