Your new companyThis is an exciting opportunity to join the PR & Communications team of an award-winning Professional Services organisation based in Cardiff on a permanent basis. Your new roleReporting to the Head of PR and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations campaigns to enhance the reputation of the organisation. This will involve building strong relationships with media outlets, managing press releases and enquiries, as well as seeking to secure positive media coverage by building and maintaining relationships with key contacts. You will collaborate with internal teams to align PR strategies with overall marketing and communications activity. You will also take responsibility for media monitoring and evaluation, sharing industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. What you'll need to succeedYou will have prior experience of working in a PR position, with responsibility for building and maintaining strong media relationships and using media monitoring tools. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for a variety of audiences. Excellent stakeholder management skills are required both internally and externally and at all levels.
