Working within a fast paced and energetic Office. You will be managing 2 Diaries for Board Directors, coordinating meetings, minutes and handling a range of business tasks. One day you will be booking flights, the next day handling a company presentation for a director to a global business then out on site alongside a board director. The business is run by REAL People. Key Responsibilities: •Handle day-to-day queries, correspondence and internal and external communication •Take Minutes, book in meetings, manage 2 Diaries Compile Tender Submission Documents to suit tender deliverables •Manage presentations and marketing aspects be that paper or social media •A general range of administration duties Criteria: •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities •Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • They will have the ability to bring the best out of the pre-construction team while drawing on the capability of other colleagues in the region and the wider business; •IT Skills – Excel, Word and so on •Happy to be based in an office 5 days a week – hours 8am to 6pm – NO REMOTE WORKING •You must be based within 40 Minutes drive from the office MAX •Have genuine drive and passion to develop a career
