Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
As Administrator, you will support the team, handling administrative tasks, client onboarding, and communication. You will liaise with clients and third parties, maintain client records, assist with reports, and help improve administrative processes.
Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to the team
•Manage client onboarding, records, and communication
•Process account openings, coordinate with compliance and operations
•Support quarterly valuations and generate reports
•Handle cash movements, monitor balances, and assist with fund transfers
•Help create presentations and improve administrative workflows
Requirements
•Strong communication and administrative skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Good numeracy skills and a Maths GCSE, C minimum
•Experience within professional services is desired, but no essential
